The integrated modular approach helps reduce project costs, optimizes the operation of the facility and facilitates maintenance.

• Optimization of networks (HVAC , power electricity, domestic hot water, their location and distribution, connectivity, limiting losses)
• Optimization of the efficiency of each function and adjustment with the rest of the module (e.g. with complementarity functions for co-generation)
• Homogeneity of the quality of all functions (avoid disruptions of quality due to the multiplication of operations on the project)
• Reduced completion time (optimization of manufacturing and implementation processes)
