This Large floating building has 3 levels with large terraces and different living space: home and work. The design of the rounded shapes of the timber frame, visible inside, brings a pleasant atmosphere and very comfortable.
This building is designed with a high level of self-sufficiency (renewable energy, fuel supply and drinking water).
With the high freeboard of the steel hull, the building can move easily and safely in rough water.
Designed for severe weather, the strengthened structure of the hull provides a resistant construction for severe winters, cold area (long period of ice), and a long service life.
